“Objects are witnesses to practices linked to the history of a place or community, forming a prism through which we can question our own way of life and its archetypes. Through the conception of daily objects, designer Robin Bourgeois works memory as a material, and brings the past into the present in New York City”

Research led in New York during Villa Albertine residency program, in partnership with WantedDesign and École des Arts Décoratifs, and with the support of Fondation Bettencourt Schueller.

The residency resulted in an article on Villa Albertine Magazine↗ and a conference given at the Musée d’Orsay.
